We are a small independent operation and this project has always been handled in a personal, hands-on way. It is truly a labor of conviction, not a large corporate enterprise with layers of staff and formal procedures.
Because of that, all sales are final and we do not offer routine returns or refunds. Every shipment is packed by hand and we take care not to send damaged magnets.
If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace it promptly at no additional charge.

Shipping Details
All shipments are sent through the United States Postal Service.
Orders of 50 magnets or more may require a signature at delivery. For that reason, larger orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
